Recently, someone at church gave Norma a handwritten note with some information that they wanted her to letter.
The note had names, with spellings, and not a lot more, and she was supposed to construct a Welcome Note for their new church tenants.
How did she proceed? How did she go from the little note with a few details to the finished piece?
